Low-Laying Fog Effect
Our low-lying fog effect creates the appearance of a cloud floating across the floor by using dry ice to rapidly cool water vapor in the air, producing a dense fog that stays close to the ground. This effect is commonly used at weddings, dances, and special events, and Xcite Entertainment has used these machines countless times without ever experiencing an issue with a venue's fire alarm system. However, because some alarm systems can be sensitive to theatrical fog effects, it is the client's responsibility to obtain approval from their venue before booking this enhancement. This requirement is simply a precaution to help prevent any potential disruptions during the event. Xcite Entertainment is not responsible for any fees, fines, penalties, or other charges incurred if the client fails to secure venue approval prior to the event.
